Kiron develops curriculum that is based on international industry standards with recognized accreditation and certification from OPITO (Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization), IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors), and other petroleum-related certifications. Kiron utilizes proven, rigorous programs with the appropriate mix of theoretical and practical hands-on experience. Kiron implements pre, mid and post-training assessment methodology that is competency based to the level required for engineers, technicians, or supervisors. Kiron always maintains an attitude of continuous communication with clients, self-assessment and improvement, and adaptability to change as conditions warrant.


Kiron provides international vocational and operations and maintenance training in the Middle East and Africa for the oil and gas sector. Kiron programs provide specifically tailored skill assessments, training, and competency assurance programs to leading petroleum and petroleum service companies.  The curriculum is primarily skills based, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

All supporting manuals, training documents, handouts, and presentation materials are designed by Kiron and based on internationally recognized accreditation.
